Villa at Christophe Harbor

The St. Kitts & Nevis edition of Pearle’s Pantry is set in a private villa with poolside relaxation and exclusive beach access, the perfect backdrop for a week of renewal. Each day blends wellness practices like yoga, sound baths, and guided meditations with gastronomy as a form of healing—through shared meals, storytelling, and local traditions. Inspired by The Artist’s Way, this retreat isn’t just for creatives; it’s for anyone ready to reconnect with themselves, immerse in island culture, and step into transformation.

Welcome to Sugar City

This retreat is about embracing “island time”. Things happen on their own time and we welcome that surrender of control. In a way it’s an exercise in versatility.

The schedule is intentionally light, with time carved out for shared meals, local experiences, and doing absolutely nothing when you need to.

We’ll handle all transportation so you can settle in and move at your own pace, giving you a chance to fully immerse yourself in a culture through its food.
